The virtual fence has been remarkably successful in helping Federal Attorney
John Sutton to send Border Patrol agents to prison for stopping Mexican drug
traffickers and illegal entrants from entering the United States illegally.
Perhaps that was the raison d'etre of the virtual wall from its inception.
