Hello:
I am about to apply for OPT in a day or two and I am a Canadian
citizen. I have some apprehensions, though. My last day of MBA is on
April 29th. I want OPT to work from June 01, 2008 to May 31, 2008.
Will it be all right, if before the expiry of my OPT, I apply for TN
Visa.

My apprehesions are based on the info about J1 visa. I heard that it
is very hard to convert J1 to anyother visa type. Just to add here
that I know that OPT is not a visa.

My second question is, Is it possible for me to apply for H1 in the
first week of May?
