Does anyone have information in regards to a civil partnership being
registered in the UK. If my partner would therefore be able to move to the
US with me? I understand we can obtain a Civil Partnership here in the UK,
but questions still remain if she can move indefenitely to the USA with me?
Once we get the Civil Partnership Certificate and registered What then? I
have 3 months to sort this all out and she does not want to remain in the UK
any longer, What shall i do? Please im looking for all the accurate
information i can get before i fill out the application and spend all this
money.
