Hi

Is it really true that you absolutely have to hold a university degree
before they give you a work permit? Why is that if it's true? And if
it's not true what do I need to show before I may move to the US for
work?

By the way, I know about the Green Card and I tried to win one for I
think 5 consecutive years. No luck for me 'though. :-(
