Hi,

I've married a Us citizen on December 2007, while I was there as a
student with F1 visa. After that, we moved to Italy, my country. We
would like to go back to the US next year. I should get a resident
status so I can stay, work, and everything else. The question is: how
should I proceed? Do I need my wife to go ahead first and fill a
petition for me? Or I can do everything from here? Or even better, can
I just go there as a tourist, and while there fill the papers? They
told me for marriage only take 2-3 months to get the Green Card.
