Dear all,
I have a question regarding form I-130. I am a GC holder filing for my
wife's Green Card.
In page 2 part I, I am asked to send an affidavit by a third party
having personal knowledge of our marriage.
I was wondering how official this needs to be. Can I ask a friend to
simply write an affidavit along with his signature and address or this
needs to be more official.
