Subject: Buying an investiment property - Business or Pleasure when on I94W? Posted on: Mon, 29 Dec 2008 17:31:58 -0000

This is more out of curiosity than anything else but if I was to enter to
the USA under the VWP with the sole intention of purchasing a vacation (not
rental) property should I declare the purpose of the trip as "business" or
"pleasure" when asked by BCP?
