I have GC. I filed I-130 for my family about 5 years back and got the
approval. Very recently the priority date is current for my family.
They live in Toronto area.

My question is whether I should call them here and then apply i_485 or
I should go thru state department's procedure?

I would appreciate if someone please reply.
