At this time, you should contact the appropriate Embassy / Consulate
with this question. This is not such a common question and the advice I
or others give may not be appropriate for you country. Also, the
processing times for visas can be longer in the summer.

Many have email or telephonic information lines. Some charge for
communications, but it's not much. You can also browse their web sites,
but it is not likely that this particular issue will be covered. You
could also browse the US Department of State Field Manuals, but if you
are not clear about the terms, you may accidentally come to the wrong
conclusion.
