Hi,
We've been to Namibia a couple of times, internal and external flights out
of Windhoek International, and never had any problems what so ever. The
queues at ANY international airport happen, and are certainly no worse at
Windhoek.
As for Air Namibia, we would personally rather fly with them, than say
British Airways (and were British), the staff are courteous, and efficient,
and the aircraft clean and maintained. All our flights have left promptly,
and arrived the same.
Just speaking from a personal point of view, and hopefully adding some
balance to the debate.
