I got one in Heathrow Terminal One. They were all over the place, but I was
told they had only been in since 3 flights a week have started to go from
that terminal to SA. They devindently forgot about those people who'd be
making connections elsewhere! Presumably you'd also get them at whatever
terminal most SA flights leave from.
