Correct. About 30 minutes into the trip you'll notice that people on board
start lining up at the desk on the main indoor deck. There's no rush; you
can wait until the queue dies down.

The train station is called Morora, and you'll have to take a taxi to get
there. If you are a tough bargainer you can get the cab ride for dh20, but
anything under dh50 and you've done a respectable job.
The web site for the train company is at http://www.oncf.ma . It's in French
(or Arabic if you prefer) but even if you don't read those languages it's
pretty simple. Just click "Horaires" on the left, chose Tanger Morora from
the "Gare de depart" popup, choose your destination from "Gare d'arrivee",
and click "Chercher" to get a list of trains.
