Ya, I'll be getting new, crisp bills but don't, want to carry a lot of cash.
At places that want dollars...If I pay with TC's will they give me change

I know that I won't get as good a exchange rate....but I'm not up for caring
a couple thousand in cash to pay my way. At places that take Visa how badly
do they nick you % wise?
