I normally have my UK phone set for 'roaming' whilst in Southern Africa but
am concerned at the high risk for phone theft. I may not notice a missing
phone for weeks as I travel areas without cover, so imagine the bill that
could be run up.
Is it possible to buy some prepaid time, like using a different sim card?
For coverage of South Africa, Namibia and Botswana. That way, all I might
loose is the phone.
