Subject: Re: Africa trip, best January location? Posted on: 22 Apr 2004 09:10:48 GMT

Cape Town is a very good option in January. It will be hot, but no
rain. There's also plenty to do in Southern Africa at that time so a
trip to South Africa might be just the right answer. It's not the best
time to go to Kruger Park because of the heat and long grass, but
Southern or Northern Mozambique are fantastic at that time (just very
very hot).

If you're interested in "wonders" then a trip to "Great Zimbabwe" in
Zimbabwe, as well as Victoria Falls is awesome.
