Not to sound sarcastic - but check out some reference
books and learn as much that way as possible. Get some
details about the part of the country where you will
spend most of your time. Learn where the game reserves
are and what the coast has to offer. It's easy to get some
valuable information this way, and then ask people in
the newsgroup some much more specific questions.
