Get a quote from Trailfinders and take it from there.
Usually a pretty good starting point, though they're not africa specialists.

It can often be cheaper to take a 'package' including accommodation, since
the tour operators get a good deal from both the ground agents and the
airlines, but that might not be possible for you.
