I'd take the Sesfontein route. It's a "lesser" road but more scenic
(in my opinion).

Assuming that you DON'T sleep till 10:00, then packup
camp and leave just before lunch - yes, it's easily possible.

Very. Spend the night at Hobatere (lodge or camp). From
there you'd like to make sure that you reach Okaukeujo
well before midday so that you have the entire afternoon
for the Okak. - Namutoni stretch.

The biggest secret about attaining longer distances is
hitting the road early. By that I mean about half an hour
before sunrise - even if it means packing up camp in the
dark while coffee water is on the boil. Besides, it's the
best time to travel anyway.
