I used that email address earlier this year with success.
I think they don't read email very often, but try calling them again.
The rooftop bar/restaurant is nice!
The hotel itself is English style and the manager seems sour and grumpy
at first, but he is a nice man and also helpful.
Location is also perfect near the subway and in the center.
Have a nice stay there!
