I have stayed at Elephant Plains twice, most recently in July 2004, so it's
a while ago now, but for what it's worth:

It's an excellent lodge for the price - not quite as plush as some of the
expensive places but still very comfortable. The staff and vehicles are
just as good as any I have encountered.

As you can see, there were a lot of leopard in the area.

Unless it has really changed for the worse in the last 18 mths I would
highly recommend it.
