Hi Adriano,
Sorry nobody else took your question seriously!
I'm just reading the new travelogue of Paul Theroux, Dark Star Safari,
the story of his travel from Cairo to Cape Town.
Early on there is mention of one of the Nubian peoples of northern
Sudan who are totally naked. I haven't yet got to the part where he
travels there, if he does, but maybe that'd be a start for you?
