HH,
I spend 3 nights and did multiple game drives into the park
last January, then went on to Ndutu/Serengeti and
Ngorongoro. I did think it was worth it and plan to go back
on my next trip. Lake Manyara is nice for elephants,
many birds, vervet and other monkeys, giraffe, and we saw
our only leopard of the trip there. The lodge at the
top of the rift wall is wonderful too.

I saw on the net something about the lake levels are very
high, flooding roads. But I could not verify if that
is current or old onfo, so you might check.
Can anyone reading this verify the conditions?
