That would be the highest probablility, but being in the front of the C group
may also work.

Depends on when you do actually check in and how busy the flight is.

Not necessarily. Airport checkin 2-3 hours before the flight may get you a B
pass.

Makes no difference at all. Checkin is by passenger, not reservation.

Yep. All you need is a complete first name, last name and reservation number.
She can print your pass and bring it with.

See above. BTW - Cruise ships have net terminals these days. There's also at
least one company that sells a check-in service where they guarantee an A pass.
If it means that much, you could Google a bit and pay the fee.
