Get to a travel agent and see what sort of consolidator deals she can
get you on KLM or Air Canada. These are unpublished fares so you can't
find those on web sites.
Depending on your citizenship status, travelling via the USA may require
you purchase some expensive VISA just for the privilege of transiting
through that police state.
KLM runs a bus out of Ottawa train station, you check-in (and your
luggage) there and the bus gets you to Montreal to catch the KLM flight.
