Yes, you can! I have registered a great many voters. I have never
asked "Are you a citizen of the USA?" nor asked for any sort of
identification. Further, I have never been asked to identify myself,
other than to state my name and voting address, to vote. And I have
never, when here, not voted!

There are probably penalties for non-citizens actually voting, but I
don't know what they are.

Jail time and deportation, most likely. The left has fought all efforts to
require photo ID to vote - even though those IDS are available for free or a
minimal fee. This is because the Left has a long hiustory of voting fraud.
