Lavatory's air can be almost fully replaced by just flushing a vacuum
toilet. And lavatories are normally vented down to the cargo. eg: you
don't redistribute lavatory air back to the cabin, you pyut it on a path
towards the exhaust vcents to atmoshpere.

And if you are to complete the job in the lavatory, you don't care on
iota about damaging the sink or fumes because by the time you detonate,
there won't be much left of the lavatory anyways.
