hate speech needs to be of a nature that incites violence. In which
case it falls into a very specific niche, which is why I said "pretty
much" as I didn't want to list specific instances.

frex, you can call someone a racial epithet, but if you have a forum
in which you choose to incite violence against a person of said race
then the speech incites violence. It really amounts to a basic level
of conspiracy, and would be akin to yelling "Fire!" in a crowded
theatre.

Free speech is allowed, until that speech can cause harm to others.
