Of course, even if you have a medical condition, this doesn't entitled
you to more airline space any more than it would require GM give you a
Cadillac at the price of a Metro (or whatever their smallest car is
now). If you had a medical condition requiring you to lie down in a
group of 3, 4, or 5 seats, then you wouldn't be entitled to those seats
for the price of a single seat. If you are 7'6", you wouldn't be
entitled to a first class seat at the price of economy, so why would an
extra wide person feel entitled to more than the width of one economy
seat if they only paid for one?
