It is a fairly old trick. People would call places, like bars, and ask
to speak to a customer named "Mike Hunt". The joke was in the person
calling out the name, so they could come to the phone. Something like,
"Phone call for Mike Hunt. Is Mike Hunt here? Has anyone seen Mike Hunt?"
