Canada has:

Newfoundland
Atlantic
Eastern
Central
Mountain
Pacific

USA has:

Eastern
Central
Mountain
Pacific
Alaska
Hawaii

Both have 6 time zones. USA spans 6 hours, canada spans 5.5 hours.

(I am exlusing the time zones applicable to USA posessions such as Iraq,
Guam etc)
