I don't know why the OP is posting here and not in USA/Canada. Even there
would be suspect. I think that Foxy Brown was the guy Bush called "Brownie"
and said on TV that Brownie was doing a good job in New Orleans after the
Katrina storm when , in fact, all hell was breaking loose. He was the guy
who was found to be discussing how he looked on TV in his expensive clothes
on his email. What the OP probably did not know and probably doesn't care to
know, was that in a video recorded meeting prior to Katrina hitting, Brown
was telling Chertoff and others that a disaster was in the making and a
bunch of aid and assistance was going to be needed. Needless to say, he was
largely ignored but took the rap for the massive failures that occurred
there. Not that he didn't deserve his share of blame, but he was not the
total goofus that everyone made him out to be. I could care less where he is
, except that he should be in prison somewhere, but these are the factd, if
indeed that is who Foxy Brown is.
