Add me to the list. Not that I'm such a "frequent" flyer, maybe a
couple or three trips a year -- but after two experiences transiting
Heathrow on U.S. to Germany trips a couple of years ago (connecting
flights on a single airline in each case), I'll go way out of my way to
avoid LHR.

And it's not necessarily the security situation, it's just the whole
damn place: Endless walking, endless lines, unpleasant environment,
unpleasant signs, unpleasant bus rides -- overall, the most unpleasant
major terminal I know (though Dulles wins some prizes in that category
also).
