American flies nonstop between Boston and Charles DeGaulle in Paris. Other
airlines fly with one stop/connection, which wouldn't necessarily be bad.
The airport there is about 35-40 minutes from downtown; there is a shuttle
service available that goes directly to your hotel, or you can take a
shuttle to the train station and train it into town (I wouldn't recommend
that in the early morning because you'll likely be tired after an overnight
flight).
