My comments still stand on that. For example, becuase I also hold
Australian nationality and LIVE in AUSTRALIA, any Cuban
cigars, or any other Cuban I purchase for use and consumption
in AUSTRALIA and NOT SUBJECT to any American
prohibitions on using said products as long as I DO NOT
try to take them out of Australia. As long as they are
PURCHASED AND USED in AUSTRALIA, those prohibitions
DO NOT APPLY to ME. Why? Becuase I LIVE in AUSTRALIA
and am regarded as of of their citzens, so what I do in AUSTRALIA
is ONLY subject to AUSTRALIAN law, regardless of the fact that
I hold U.S. citizenship as well. An AUSTRALIAN who enters
AUSTRALIA on their AUSTRALIAN passport is ONLY subject
to AUSTRALIAN laws, while in Australia, REGARDLESS of what
other citizenships they may possess in addition to Australian citizenship.
