Additionally, the issue is not whether some countries base laws on
Napoleonic Code. The issue is your statement claiming all European
countries, except Britain, practive "guilty until proven innoncence".
You basic claim first related to Italy, however your claim seems to be
opposite what the Italian constiturion.
