What about the exterior panel, the interior panel, whatever they stuffed
inside those panels, the multi-pane window, the door seals, outer and inner
airplane walls, whatever they stuffed inside those walls, decorative
interior panels, carpeting, seat upholstery, etc., etc., etc.? A few square
inches of leatherette on the emergency exit door seems insignificant by
comparison.
