They aren't trying to take "every last cent" for you change.
As you just stated, if you wanted to avoid the charges, you could have
paid more for the ticket. Now, you want to change your ticket, yet think
you should dictate the terms.
Look at it this way. Even with the added charges, you still got a
discount off the full fare. |
