Certain laws DO NOT APPLY to those that do NOT live in America.
I DO run an online radio station out of Australia. I have covered the
occasional figure skating, or other sports events, in Cuba. Becuase
I LIVE in Australia, and use an AUSTRALIAN passport, when
travelling to Cuba, the restrictions on travel DO NOT APPLY
to ME.
