I flew T5 - Tokyo on 1st April (of all days!) and had no problems at all.
Short queues and bags arrived at Narita. Returned om 22nd April - by the
time we reached the baggage hall from T5B bags were there. Slight queue at
immigration (not down to BA or BAA).
