Charlie, you are either unbelievably dumb or incredibly naive.
Do you really think that "X-No-Archive: Yes" will prevent ALL systems from archiving your posts? What guarantee do you have that some systems have been modified to simply ingore this? (Hint: There ARE systems which DO ingore this.)
This entire usenet newsgroup has been archived on some systems. Just because YOU can't access the servers which have this full archive doesn't mean that it can't be done by some government organizations. "Anonymous" services can be, and have been, made to reveal post origination data.
All it takes is for someone to make the decision that tracking a specific poster down is worth the effort. As the other poster said, your continual rants about how you are not subect to US law just because you have dual citizenship and travel to Cuba under an Australian passport, have been sent to several LEOs. It could have piqued their interest, or it could end up being ingored. A worse nightmare for you is that it could be considered minor but be to some new hires as a training exercise. All the redirection and anonymizers accomplish is to make it much more difficult to track you down, but not impossible.
What's left on your hard disks doesn't matter any more. The record of what you have posted is available and you can be tracked down.
Read aioe.org carefully. They maintain records for 6 months. Want to bet your life that they they won't cooperate with governmental requests for data? And don't think for a minute that all your aliases, including Chilly8, Charles Newman, Andy Panda, Fritz Owl, Polar Bear One, etc. will be a barrier.
To blithly post what you have in a public forum and think you will escape detection should an LEO want to go after you is just plain stupid. Do you really think your diatribes on how to ignore US law regarding travel to Cuba and N. Korea have gone unnoticed? If you're lucky, yes they have. If you're unlucky, you could easily, as the original poster stated, have a rotten life.
