It depends on what country the server is located in. A server that is
OUTSIDE the United States is NOT SUBJECT to United States laws.

Well, providing that information is NOT illegal. I have seen some
travel sites tell people how to avoid being caught, and PROVIDING the
information is LEGAL.

However, aioe servers are in ITALY, meaning that what I post through
them is ONLY subject to ITALIAN laws. If the server is in Italy, then
the server operators are ONLY subject to ITALIAN laws.
Just like there is one new anonymous PGP proxy from Paraguay, that I
have seen connecting to my web site and radio station. Since the
SERVER is in PARAGUAY, the server operators are ONLY subject to the
laws of PARAGUAY and CANNOT be prosecuted in America for so-called
"aiding and abetting" someone violating workplace policies. A server
in Paraguay is ONLY subject to Paraguay laws
P.S.
For the UPTEENTH TIME!!!!!
I AM *NOT* CHUCKIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
