The definition of "natural born"......hmmmmm...as Justice O.W. Holmes
famously acknowledges, the Supreme
Court decides/defines what legalistic reality is when he says: "The
Constitution is what the Supreme Court says it is,"
George Romney Senior, a good guy circa 1960s, was apparently born in
Mexico and John McCain in a Panama Canal military hospital, and one
can wager a few Democrats would be challenging "natural born" if
situation were reversed |
