FYI: I am the original poster. I had no problem getting to the airport
in Manchester from my hotel in Kensington, Liverpool. I ended up just
taking a taxi because I had three pieces of luggage and it was roughly
the equivalent of $50 US, which was quite reasonable. I hurt my foot
during my trip so I was hobbling around; otherwise, I would have gone to
the airport via train. The taxi driver dropped me off at the airport in
plenty of time for me to check in for my flight. |
