I was talking in absolute amounts of money.
But anyway, Bermuda, Luxembourg, and Switzerland all have one thing in
common: They're shelters for money earned elsewhere (especially Bermuda and
to a fair degree Luxembourg). This is more an explanation than a
contradiction.
