Has anyone stayed at the Swiss Garden or Hyatt Regency recently?

We stayed at the Swiss Garden a couple of years ago, and found it OK, but a
few niggles over a lack of towels and noise. We are being offered a real
good rate this time, and I am scared that perhaps it has become run down.
