I think the best food court is the un-airconditioned (but fan-cooled and
Jackie-Chan-movie-endowed) one on the 5th level of Sungei Wang.

Mid-Valley Megamall is a little bit outside of the city, and is certainly
very large (apparently the largest in the country), but otherwise pretty
boring if you come from a western country. The food court is particularly
uninspiring.
