Ah, so you meant a higher proportion, rather than more. A completely

And if Europe has aound 32% or the world's rich, that leaves a 68% for the
RotW. Even if we ignore other countries where there are also rich people, I
think you're overworking your imagination to suggest that 68% is "nearly
all".
