Only using a Web site is potentially secure. The other methods are
insecure because they involve human intervention, a major source of
fraud.

Most French banks remain backward in a number of ways, particularly in
ways that allow them to hold funds for long periods. Debits are always
posted much more quickly than credits, even though the only difference
from an information-processing standpoint is the sign.
