I will have a 5 hours transit in Manila on my way back home
(Arriving MNL at 1540, Departing at 2025),
and I am thinking about going to Makati during the transit.

What kind of transportation should I take, and how long it'll take?
How worse can the traffic be during that time?
Do you think I should give up the idea of going out to Makati?
