The Horison Hotel is modern and pleasant enough for guests, but a bit
soulless and out of the way. About a 15-20 minute taxi ride from
central Hanoi (Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Quarter, etc., depending on
traffic). I stayed there one night and moved. Nothing they did wrong -
I just wanted to be closer to the city.
